A good price for a decent show if you are a fan of the man in tights. In this season Clark Kent encounters General Zod as he tries to transform Earth into a new Krypton. An intriguing love triangle forms between Clark (Tom Welling), Lana Lang (Kristin Kreuk), and Lex; a few new characters are introduced; and Lex’s evil streak builds until he starts to resemble the classic character from Superman mythology. When Clark assembles the Justice League, the show is propelled even further towards the comic books of old. The series ends with a dramatic cliffhanger that suggests further new and exciting possibilities for SMALLVILLE.
